"I ordered two helmets for Christmas presents. The helmets never arrived.
At the time of ordering they were promoting deliveries in time for Chrismas. The items didn't arrive, at the time I wasn't annoyed as these things can happen. At the beginning of January I chased the order and was told it wasn't dispatched until after Christmas. Annoyed I asked when it was due and why wasn't it posted before. The lady I spoke to was aggressive and asked for screen shots to prove they had promoted deliveries on time for Christmas (I'm not on the habit of taking screen shots). In the end I just asked when the items where due with me and was told not lost yet. So when they become officially lost I contacted koo-bikes again. At the time they did were experiencing problems with their internet (which lasted all week) this meant you couldn't speak to them. Eventually after posting on their Facebook page someone emailed me. Chet said they couldn't confirm the items lost or check if they had in stock to dispatch. Upshot is after going back and forwards they dos nothing to sort out my order. Not contacting me when they promised to etc. I have asked for a refund. I would never use this company. Dishonest in terms of what they promote and terrible service.

"I bought an Helmet which was on sale almost 3 weeks ago, after I didnt receive anything I did sent an email and also gave them a call this week. First person I spoke on the phone ( TOM) was really helpful and said he will send a replacement as soon as possible but later I received an email from JEMMA who I believe a customer service assistant ( even I asked she didnt gave her title), she said she refunded my money and Tom was wrong about the stock levels ( which it was a complete LIE, I could still see their listings for the same product on their website, Ebay and Amazon. The truth is I bought the item for a really good price, most probably they made a mistake with pricing and they didnt want to sell me the item for that price, JEMMA might think she saved couple of pounds for her company but they lost a customer who spends hundreds of pounds a year for cycling equipment, shame..."
