I made horrible experience with this companys support team. I reported a fraudulen fake crypto exchange site which ist hosted on their servers under "boomchange (dot) io" and I was assigned to the support worker "Marinkovic". I was approached and delivered several and clear evidence, then I was threatened to blacklist my IP due to my report of the fraudulent site on the Koddos servers. I've never experienced anything like this, terrible support.
Tip for consumers:
Support is not grateful for people who draw attention to fraudulent sites located on Koddos servers, rather just the opposite.
