When I asked for a return Julie from knob deco argued with me that they would work for my project even though she had never seen it and knew nothing about it. When they finally did accept a return they charged me shipping both ways. On $34 of hinges, I paid over $20 in shipping. Stay away from this seller."
"I purchased several hooks from Knob Deco. Had to pay an extra handling fee because I did not reach the minimum order size. Received the order relatively quickly. Three days later, another package came with the same order in it. The hooks turned out to be not what I need, so I called Knob Deco's customer service to notify them of the extra shipment and to arrange for returning the order. I dealt with a very friendly lady who told me that I will be charged a restocking fee and that someone will email me with a RA number for the return. A week went by and no email, so I called again. She said they are a little backed up and it will be coming soon. It has been another 10 days. So two and a half weeks went by, and I still could not get a return authorization from them. If I had ordered these from Amazon, I would have been able to just dropped them off at a WholeFoods down the block for a full refund.
This level of service for e-commerce in this day and age is simply unacceptable. "
