"I have tried so many times to get the right fit and nothing had worked. I have given them the prescription from my doctor and I still can’t see out of the glasses. It makes me dizzy. I have followed all their measurements and done everything correctly and it’s still not right. Their customer service is great and has returned/resent new glasses. Unfortunately, I can never use the glasses as I can’t see out of them. Unless they are not remaking them and just resending me whatever? Not sure. I’m bummed because the frames are cute and I was hoping to be a returning customer for me and my daughter. I can’t recommend this place since I can’t use their products and wasted my money on glasses I can’t wear. :( "

"I ordered a pair that didn’t fit well, my own fault. I left a review saying so. They contacted me within a day asking how they could fix it for me. I had a new pair sent out to me within 24hrs. Not only that they also kept the emails quick and concise. Limited contact but in a good way, didn’t over complicate things (I already get enough emails in my life as it is so it was nice that this was a smooth, easy process). The price of the glasses I ordered are so inexpensive. I have already been telling every single person I know to check out kits products. 12/10 company. The cheapest form of marketing is good customer service…. Y’all are doing it RIGHT! Thank you so much "
