"There was shipping damage to every single cabinet and three of the extra glass doors ordered!
Not one pre-assembled cabinet arrived without some damage. The packaging seemed to be flimsy and inadequate. The corners on the cabinets were not protected properly. The back panel on a 33" wide double door cabinet was busted in two places. I am so disappointed that more care was not take to protect these pre-assembled cabinets! I am currently working with KCK Customer Service, they have requested photos of the damaged cabinets."

"I’ve purchased 2 sets of cabinets for our rental properties and have been pleased with the quality. However delivery is slow and difficult to track. Two items were not delivered and back ordered for another month so I chose to cancel….i was then told I could not cancel because they were about to ship??? I also don’t appreciate the fact that the cabinets went on an 18% discount the week after I ordered them. I should have been told this when I spoke to customer service. Seems like a bait to buy more! Their cabinets are impossible to return with shipping and 25% restocking fee.
Home Depot or Lowe’s is my new go to for rentals. So much easier for returns and my job isn’t held up for weeks! "
