"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ITEM BROKEN!!!! WASTE OF $760.96
I ordered a glass door beverage refrigerator mid-December for work. They didn't acknowledge the order until January 22nd and shipped it January 24th. When it showed up the glass was shattered. I called immediately since the delivery instructions said to refuse delivery. Their representative said to sign for the delivery and they would send a replacement fridge or repairman. After 2 months and NO communication AT ALL with me a repairman showed up at my door to fix the fridge's motor, which was not broken and the repair person says that they do not cover glass. 4 months later and they have not responded to multiple emails or calls.

" Kitchen Tradition is the real deal! We were more than satisfied with the entire purchase! Kitchen Tradition took personal interest in making sure the product arrived on time as we were leaving town and were on a very tight schedule. Their Communication was AWESOME!! One of the best companies my family and I have ever dealt with, and they certainly have the best salespeople on their team! Job Well Done!! "Kitchen traditions reminded me that shopping online can be so pleasant. I was wary of shopping my appliances online when I redid my indoor and outdoor patio kitchen but from when I checked out Kitchen Traditions site till my order showed up at my door, my experience with them was the best! They answered all my questions with utmost clarity and were on time with delivery dates. I truly enjoyed shopping with them and will definitely visit them again. "Stay away from Kitchen Tradition, their website falsely advertises products.

I ordered my air conditioner in April, it is now a day before June. I've waited well over a month and not heard a peep from them about my order. Instead I've been calling them each week requesting an update. Sometimes they tell me it'll ship "next week" and other times they say it'll never ship.

I made my order well in advance of the summer heat wave. But now I'll be ordering with shortages everywhere and prices through the roof.

Thanks KitchenTradition, you suck.

"They called me Monday May 21st and said the product I ordered was not in stock and wouldn't be until sometime in July. They were to call me again when they knew for sure if the product was discontinued. They never called me back and it is now Friday the 25th of May."

"Ordered Friday 7 PM from web site. I now assume no one works there on weekends, and it was Tuesday that they called our home to confirm the order. Wed or Thur my charge card was charged which their web site states means the item was shipped. I received no e mail telling me that. I called the 800 # and left a message. About 2 hours later, the e mail confirmation arrived telling me it was shipped. I was able to follow it's trek across the country. Thru no fault of seller it got stuck over the next weekend in St. Louis. That delayed delivery a minimum two days more. I arrived Thursday instead of Tuesday. The manufacturers package was generously wrapped in bubble wrap. Removal of all packing revealed a 100% acceptable gas range. Aside from the delays, I am completely happy with my purchase, great price, reasonable shipping fee, and no sales tax. "

"Loved working with Erica @ KITCHEN TRADITION. She was very helpful, she really knows her stuff well! The 3 major appliances I ordered arrived, as I was told, 3 business days after my order was placed online. (The stuff shipped all the way from NY to Austin, Tx.) Erica was real helpful with the mail in rebates the appliances qualified for. Their prices are almost too good to be true, and their customer service is great. A pleasure doing business with ya al! See you again in August when are laundry room project gets completed and we get to order once again from Kitchen Tradition a washer/dryer. Were all really looking forward! I Recommend +++++++"

"Had an amazing shopping experience with the guys at Kitchen Tradition. The cost was the lowest out there - I did plenty of shopping around. Customer service was great, quick responses to my many emails, and very knowledgeable.
In addition to the mail in rebates advertised on their website, they offered some more which were not even advertised on their web. They emailed me all the forms with clear precise instructions on how to complete them to make sure i will really be getting those rebates.
I will certainly recommend them, and will definitely return to Kitchen Tradition for all our large appliance needs.
Thank you to all the wonderful sales guys for your patience and time of day you gave me. You guys are the best!
