"This is my very first time purchasing from kit-tronics and I have to say, they have very good customer services. I ordered a Mach II GT from them and had to wait for a period of time, but that was very understandable due to nventiv's recent bankruptcy and so the supply of Mach 2 GTs are low. Although I was always informed about the updates on the shipping of the Mach II GTs, and what better than receiving another $100 discount when I added the LianLi addon kit. Emails were always answered within the next day. Furthermore, there is a One year warranty on all Mach 2 and Mach 2 GT products! It is very nice for Kit-tronics to continue the service to support the Mach II product line. If you plan on buying a MachII or GT, then look no further, becuase Kit-tronics will be your best choice!
