"I placed an order for 2 Nendroid figures in April of 2018, to be released in July. July came and went I saw no delivery of the Nendroids. I've attempted to email them, only to receive a bot response. Called and left voicemail, but never got a return call. Many people seem to be in the same situation, and some out even more money then I was. So I urge you to do the following if you've ordered from them:
-Dispute the transaction with your bank as a fraudulent charge.
-File a complaint to the BBB.
-File a complaint with the FTC.
-File a complaint to their domain provider GoDaddy.
-File a complaint with their web host TotalChoice Hosting.
Don't let them get away with continuing to scam innocent people. If you can't get your money back, then the best thing to do is try and take them offline."
"i ordered 4 items in fall 2017, and was charged for them all. i was sent in early 2018. the other 3 never arrived and repeated emails to the store went unanswered. not sure if its a scam, if they had logistical struggles, but i would warn others to stay clear until this place sorts itself out"

"Awful people who ignore your emails and phone calls. I have tried for over a year and a 1/2 to get a refund for a product. I have not heard one word back from them and I have sent between five-and-ten emails and have called at least 10 times. Please stay away from them for your own sake."
"Apparently, they took my $$$ and gave me the silent treatment in return when I tried, on numerous occasions, to contact them about my order placed in Feb. 2018. It is now the end of Sept. 2018 and still no reply. I see too that they have blocked access to our account and order page so we no longer can view what we've ordered. "Like most others I placed an order on 07/2/2017 for 2 items. They were both pre-orders. They shipped one of the items to me on 09/26/2017 but never shipped the other one. I'm out about $70.95 and there isn't much I can do about it. I'd take your business elsewhere. A little bit of savings isn't worth it. I wish I had seen all of these negative reviews beforehand. Decided to write and let others know so that maybe when you look it will help sway your decision. "

"Hello, I ordered Jason Vorhees Character from you guys 1 year ago on August 14th, 2017 when i ordered it it was not a pre-order item then i got my confirmation and everything was good then when i checked order status about 2 weeks later it said pre-order so i calles you guys only to find out i wouldnt receive my item until End of November beginning of December Then nothing came end of December so i called again and you guys said End of January beginning of February well it is now September 2018 and i still have not received anything I've called ive emailed to which i get no response I mean I've looked for advice on this matter and everyone says they've never heard anything like it and they think your company is a scam and I got screwed

I tried contacting them via e-mail, phone, and Facebook about it (they have since deleted their Facebook page). I have even tried contacting my bank, the Better Business Bureau, and the California Attorney General on getting my money back. The only message I got out from his company was when I contacted the AG and they said 'Oh are you sure they ordered from us? We can't find them, tell them to try contacting us by our phone number.' "I ordered two figurines from Kirin Hobby in October of 2017. They promptly charged my credit card, but it is July of 2018 and I have not received my product. I have written numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to inquire but received no response to either. I will NEVER order from them again. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was searching for a figure from a game as a gift. While google searching this company was shown as a google suggested site. I pre-ordered an item in November that was to release in April. I have never once heard from the company and there is no update on my order. They took my money in November and will not answer phone calls, emails, facebook messages, tweets, etc. I have gone to my bank and due to the fact that it is past 60 days they can do nothing. I have filed complaints with the BBC, the Federal Trade Commission, and my state Attorney General department of Consumer Protection. None of these agencies can really promise to get my money back but it was better than not doing anything. I cannot express again how awful this company is. They are getting by on illegal actions and there seems to be no consequences for them and no options for us."

look at their BBB (better business bureau) reviews, ANY review, and you can see for yourself they are dishonest, lying, thieves.
i dont even bother with my refund any more, its just **** sad to try to dispute it now...."
