"I found them on google shopping and the product I wanted was about $40 less than other sellers. I order from them and their site said I should receive it in 6-8 business days. I waited a few days and asked them for a tracking number. The responded with a canned response that I would receive it in 6-8 days. I emailed them again and still got the same response. I tried calling and it just goes to voicemail. I never received the product after 2 weeks and filed a dispute with AMEX. A day after AMEX provided me the credit back, Kingsalesx sent me an email that my order was cancelled and refunded because they were not able to ship the product. I came across others with the same experience when I did a google search. Such a scam."
