"I ordered from them on 1/22. On 1/29 I asked where the product was and received an email saying that it had been shipped on 1/23. There was no tracking information; just a generic tracking slip saying something went out on 1/23. As others have mentioned on the BBB page and on this site, they haven't really shipped anything. But they took my money within two business days, that's for sure.
Alex Mirzaian is the person who contacted me with the false shipping notice. He refuses to answer any other communication regarding this issue after I told him that I didn't believe he really sent anything and I wanted a refund. "

Four days later had to email a request for my shipping order document...they Alex Mirzaian the owner sends me a tracking number that it was delivered.
I emailed back that it was I guess the free gift and my ordered and paid products were not with it.
