"This merchant lied about an item, advertised on the website, being in stock. I inquired about the item by phone. I was sent an e-mail confirmation of my order, which was to be shipped by UPS (but no tracking number was provided). After one week, I phone for the status of my order, and they didnot have records of the item being shipped because it was not in stock. The merchant suggested a refund, which I'm waiting for to date. I have warned my credit card company. Do not trust this company!"
"This company sells microsoft software with out the coa. Trying to return the illegal software is difficult. The website is deceptive. Getting a refund is nearly impossible and then when you do it is no where near what was paid. I would never ever recommend purchasing from this company. Beware - STAY AWAY"

- three times via email
- once via phone
- once via fax
When on the phone was told a story about warehouse move and promiced quick shipping.
Will try contacting again and then pursue this with credit card company."
