"Absolutely the worst return policy in the world, and prices over 3x the internet.
They wouldn't take back a $200 voltage transformer (found for $60 online btw) I bought by mistake 2 hours later obviously everything like new. I even offered them a $100 restocking fee.
They were very happy to take back a lower powered version of the same machine earlier that day when I said I wanted to upgrade and see if the more powerful version would power my device.
Also, their prices are at least double Amazon/Ebay and triple what you would get from Aliexpress/Temu.
