No replies on emails and "contact us" form for 2 days. Could not reach anybody at provided phone number either. Was about to open dispute with PayPal and my credit card company, but tried their number one more time and got lucky. The guy on the phone said that order has not been shipped (after two weeks!), he does not know why and currently they are out of stock. I cancelled the order and requested money back. Can not believe that this is happening in 2012 - have not had such experience since 2001. Wasted time. Awful - never again. "

"Never buy from Kickywithit.com again!!! super slow shipping, un-respond email, no answer the phone. order the monitor LED 21.5 on Feb 4, 3 days later, they emailed said it already shipped, and they never have any tracking number, wait and wait, call them no answer, sent email and no reply, when try dispute with paypal, paypal give them 14 days to answer, at the day of 14 later, they submit with tracking number that they just shipped, it took 2 weeks to arrived and see they shipping from china instead from USA. then paypal closed the dispute because item was shipped. the monitor was not working due to china made. I dispute with credit card to charge back 2 months later. what a BS and wasted my time."
