"Had ordered a simple hazard switch through there website. Bought and paid for the part and paid for overnight shipping 9 days after the order I had to contact them to see where my order was. Spoke to a very unprofessional supervisor who I don't remember the ladies name would not let me speak. I was very upset and voiced this to them during this phone call was supposed to have a return call when they figured out the problem with my order. I again had to call back to finally here I still will not receive my part for another 5 days. But they refunded me my shipping fee. I am supposed to receive a email when this part will be shipping. I'm not holding my breath. Will post final outcome if and when I receive my part."
