"Buyer beware. We were almost scammed by Keysan.com and their sales rep Herb Moses. Prior to making the purchase we explicitly asked whether or not we could ship internationally if we provided the a FedEx billing account or shipping label. After wiring the funds, Herb Moses indicates that the items are ready for us to pick up at their supplier's warehouse in City of Industry (based in California)! Our first impression was that this was a terrible mistake. Unfortunately it was not. Several emails later we were in the same situation. Herb Moses continued to insist that we pick up the package at his supplier's warehouse in California and ingored and emails we sent trying to explain that we're shipping the package overseas. It almost seemed like a bad joke were it not for how serious his emails were. We finally found a personal contact in California to pick up the items, but had it not been for that, we would have never received our items. Stay away from Keysan. Highly unethical people. They say anything to get the sale."
