"horrible, hard drive they put in was bad at buy thankfully western digital are good people, funny but i watched them open and put every single part in mky new system at the show cept the hard drive then lo and behold its garbage, called their number to return within their 3 day period for over three days now no answer, definately shady ones tade show creeps"

"I purchased two ecs mb / amd 1800+ cpu. one board quite working, the other at boot reports a 1000cpu. web site was working until two weeks ago. tried to email from address on web site. email returned undeliverable. called toll free number three different dates. all times voice mail box reported as "full" faxed letter to them. no reply. tried fax number, toll free number and store number a couple of days later and all I got was fast busy signal. have sent priority mail delivery verified letter. no reply. "I believe this company practices shady business processes. I bought a motherboard with a bad floppy disk controller and was never able to return it before the whole motherboard eventually died. I called and emailed this company over 10 times getting the run around and false promises. In three different calls I received different email addresses from the same lady to send requested information to her. This lady barely spoke English and I could hardly understand half of what she was saying. The half I did understand was never followed through and never once received a replay to one of my emails."
