"I ordered six pieces of Lee’s rigid aquarium tubing. They were 3 foot in length. Instead of shipping them in an appropriate sized box, they were shipped in a smaller box and bent to fit. The pieces are now permanently deformed. I could of course take a heat gun and a bunch of my frustrated. Time to try and correct. Ken’s fish also doesn’t publish negative reviews."
"I placed an order on Jan 21 (Saturday) for some some fish filter consumables. It appeared that all the items I ordered where in stocked. I got a confirmation on my order, received a tracking notification, and a delivery notification. I shipped using the cheapest rate possible (I believe it was USPS Econo Ship) and got the package on Jan 26 (Shipped from Boston to Baltimore). My experience have been rather positive and I would order again from them."

"This is a small outfit so I have no doubt that if you need after purchase service it will be slower than a larger outfit. Having said that they had what I needed at a very good price. I ordered Sunday; they shipped monday, I received the items wednesday as ordered and well packed. I really can't complain. "I have bought their homemade food products for years, it’s cheap and does the job great. No problems until I started buying other fish equipments. The reviews for their products seems very “hand-picked or doctored.” The reviews are very bias, they seem to talk about Ken the person or whatnot and not about the actual products! Which make the reviews useless and misleading! Look at the reviews yourself and judge, they’re usually dated just around 2013 and MOST, if not all their products receive about 5 stars...seriously, no one can have perfect EVERYTHING in their business. The reviews are suppose to help buyers make smart decisions. I have bought some stuff that just don’t work or are very inferior CHINESE MADE quality, but can never get a reach of him to ask for replacement or an explanation or even pull the product off his site! I wrote some reviews on these bad products to confirm my suspicion and none of them ever gets posted! There is no way to warn people of these crappy products!"
"I ordered an air pump and when it arrived it was making a horrible noise like something got knocked around in shipping. I called 5+ times and never did they answer or even call back after my voicemails. I emailed them twice and never heard back. I had to buy a new pump elsewhere. I was under the impression that this was a good website, but apparently I was wrong."
