"Very messed cart and search. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The people are nice but they need IT help. I dread ordering from Kencove as their cart keeps disappearing. And the site is hard to search but some items I only find there. I spent over an hour looking for one item I knew they carry. Finally found it. Spent over 4 hours getting the order together and right as I was requesting a catalog the whole cart disappeared. Losing half a days work over there cart just this attempted order."
"We have an order of post that’s been on order for 3 months now. They cannot tell me when they might be shipped. The bad part is they own Pasture Pro posts. I realize things are hard to get these days, but to not have the foggiest idea when a product might be available is unacceptable. Unfortunately the same experience we’ve put up with for years. The only reason we put up with it is there is a few things can’t get elsewhere. As we find other sources we are able to shift our business elsewhere. Buyer beware. "

I made my initial order to fence a property we were buying. The boxes came within 5 days and we just stored them Then, our closing was pushed back another 30 days. 75 days after my order, we realized 1/2 of it was missing. I called Kencove, fully realizing that they had EVERY right to tell me to go pound sand after such a long time. Instead, the customer representatives listened to me, checked my order stats, then called me back within 30 minutes to apologize and tell me the missing items would be shipped this morning!!!!
