"They scam you! They sold me knock off shoes that fell apart within days! And when I explained this They said, since you wore them, no returns. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!"

Horrible customer service

"STEER CLEAR. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. Their website advertises free 3 day express shipping. TOTAL LIE. First of all, I placed my order and never received ANY confirmation that the order had been received, I decided "OK maybe their system isn't working properly and it will take a day or two to catch up". WRONG. (Keep in mind this company DOES NOT have a working phone number and does all communication via email). So I email them asking for a status update on my order a week later. I never received a response. 3 days pass and I decided to cancel my order. I email the company saying to just cancel my order, and didn't get a response until the day my order delivered saying that they couldn't cancel my order and that the product had been shipped the PREVIOUS day. Meaning that my email sat in their inbox giving them PLENTY OF TIME to cancel my order, and they still shipped it out. I am returning my shoes as I was actually able to get the same pair from another company in a quicker time period than this HORRIBLE company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU."

Hello? Is anyone there .....

"Ordered Asics from their website; after 5 days with no shipping conformation I emailed them to inquire. No response. Their website said "Awaiting fulfillment." After another 5 days I emailed again; no response. Tried calling the 800 number; the recording said "send us an email" with no option for human interaction. Two days later, Asics arrive, but the website still says "Awaiting fulfillment." I've had success with them in the past, but I'm going to move on....."

"I placed my order on Dec. 17, 2019 and my order arrived in time for Christmas Eve and the order was exactly what I ordered and expected.
Thank you. Shipping was very reasonable too.
I was skeptical after placing my order but they proved to be an up and up company for my purchase.

TERRIBLE COMPANY--RUN THE OTHER WAY!

"Ordered a Hydroflask (which was supposedly in stock) online--went through entering all of my info, etc. Pressed submit and all seemed ok. Then, I received an email almost immediately that said the product was not in stock and my order was canceled and my money would be refunded. Annoyed, I found the Hydroflask on a different company site (Road Runner) and went through the whole process again. A week later, I got an email from Kelly's saying my Hydroflask was on the way! I called, and only got a message that I had to send an email (what??). However, I found out that Road Runner shares the same call center, so I went through them. I explained that I was told the order was canceled, and therefore I had spent my money elsewhere. I did not want the Hydroflask from Kelly's, as I was receiving one from Road Runner, and it was an error on their part they were sending me one after my order was canceled. They claimed the email that said my order was canceled was a "glitch in the system." I said I don't care--I don't want the Hydroflask, and I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning it. The representative said I could refuse the order when Fedex delivered. I told her I'm not home during the day, and besides--IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. They can send someone to stand on my doorstep! They are the ones sending me this product in error! I shouldn't be inconvenienced to do ANYTHING! So, she said she would try to stop the shipment. She didn't. A few days later, it arrived, and a week after that, my credit card was charged for $42.95. I called again, and said it was their fault the sent me a product that I should not have received. (At this point, I already received my Hydroflask from Road Runner.) They said too bad, I either had to return it, or they would discount it 15%. I was furious. I've had other companies send me stuff accidentally, and it was never my responsibility to return it. They had to eat the cost because it was there mistake--not inconvenience the customer when something is sent they didn't even order! Wow--the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I do a lot of online shopping. Will definitely report to the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY!"

"Kelly's Running Warehouse stole $40 from me. I ordered shoes on-line, received a confirmation for the order, paid for the order, and the order never came. I have written to them about this and no one has responded. No one picks up the telephone or returns phone calls. A Great Deal if You're Willing to Take that Leap of Faith!

"Despite all the terrible reviews, I reckoned that the deal was just good enough to be true. I ordered a pair of New Balance 1260 V7s, size 8, width 2E, reg price like ~$160, on sale for $100. Placed order on a Sunday. Didn't receive any correspondence (after order confirmation) until suddenly it had shipped at the end of Tuesday. Order tracker said it would be delivered by Thursday and it was waiting for me when I got home from work. It was the exact pair I had ordered, so no switcharoo/screw-up that others had reported. I haven't run in the shoes yet, but I've tried them on and they are new, legit, and comfy as heck. Glad I rolled the dice and I hope it works out for you if you do too!!!"

do not buy here at all even though it looks cheap

"they charged my card and then they said they had to check information on the card, so I answer all the questions they asked without a response untill 2 days later, saying that the shoes were not available at the size anymore but they had 20% discount on the next generation, are you kidding me? its not my fault that your service ****!!!.

I would certainly not recommend to buy nothing here at all, go buy local or on amazon or with other reliable source.

STOLE MY MONEY

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You've been warned!!! They shipped my shoes to the wrong address due to computer error. When I called, they basically said "too bad, not our fault" They are refusing to ship me another pair of shoes or give me a refund for the shoes I never recieved!!! So, they basically are stealing $93 dollars from me. How in the world is that EVER a possibility. Horrible, horrible customer service. "

Fearful of identity theft scam

"I ordered shoes at a great price. Got an email confirming, then a day later saying there was a problem with my information. I called to validate and was asked questions that were very unreasonable. Such as the bank associated with my credit card. What type of card was it (rewards program). What was the customer service phone number on the card? There were more questions but I couldn't get an answer as to why they needed this info other than to verify who I was. Seemed very suspicious to me."

Don't shop Kelly's Running Wareshouse

"I recently purchased a pair of "nearly certified new" Asics Kayano's from Kelly's. At first, I did not realize they were certified new shoes but figured I would wait until they arrived and then decide if they were worth the price. Well, they were not. First, they were not the color advertised, and second, they did not ship in a box, the shoes arrived in a plastic bag, so I'm sure they were smashed, which anyone who knows anything about shoes, knows this is bad. Upon inspection, I noticed right away that these shoes were "worn", not "nearly certified new" as advertised. I'd like to know who is "certifying" their shoes because any fool could tell these shoes were significantly worn. The toe box was bent upward and misshapen, so easily 100+ miles on these shoes. When I removed the inserts, there was dirt and debris under the inserts, and then there was some wear on the edge of the outsole of the left shoe. When I called Kelly's they immediately told me there is a "no return" policy on certified shoes. That would be okay, except these shoes were clearly worn and not new. Again, they refused to accept the return. Funny, because I have never had this issue with new shoe returns with them, probably because they were not worn, I assume. I have been wearing Kayano's for 20 years, so I know these shoes well. What they provided was a half-worn out shoe for 50% off the original price as a way to recoup their loss. They passed the loss on to another customer who I assume they think is not knowledgeable enough to decipher a new shoe from a worn shoe. Shame on you Kelly's Running Warehouse. Was it worth it to lose a customer for a few dollars? So warning to all of you folks purchasing shoes from this company. Don't buy "certified" shoes from these guys. They are not qualified to make the distinction between new, certified new, and worn. "

Poor delivery/Poor Customer Service

"I ordered a pair of shoes that were available at the time of the order. I got an email saying they were out of stock, but would be restocked in a week. Two weeks, another email that the order has been delayed another week. I called and ordered another shoe. After 4 days I am unable to wear them because the left shoe has a problem. Emailed Kelly's. They told me I need to deal with ASICS directly. I have sent 3 emails to ASICS-no reply. Still no resolution. This is the only company I can recall that will not resolve a customer's issue, but instead send them to the manufacturer. I am very disappointed because their pricing is so good, but the service is terrible."

Kelly's Screwed Me on My Returned Shoes

"I recently bought a pair of running shoes from Kelley's (March 2017). I needed a larger size, and wanted to exchange, assuming I would get the same price. I called customer service to guide me and sent back the original shoes. They told me they could do the exchange and provide the same shoes with the increase of 1/2 size. Instead, they sent the same mode/make but latest version, and charged me 2X more than the original price. I have complained to multiple customer reps for Kelley's, but to no avail.

DO NOT BUY FROM KELLY'S RUNNING WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LOOKING TO SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
