"Watch out this store... THEY HAVE A NON-RETURN POLICY FOR YOUR ORDER
They seemed to be very customer oriented and responded to my e-mail for information quickly with negotiable pricing. But after I placed the order (a sound card) and received their item, I realized it is not compatible with my software sampler program and needed to return it. After day's of back and forth e-mail messages they finally stated that they do not take any return and asked me to contact the Manufacturer. The number I got from them gives only answering messages saying their mailboxes are full – I’m stuck.
To avoid what I experienced, make sure you check store’s return policy (you never know!)
