"I tried the trial for Amazon Prime Video. In the trial it appeared to work well. Easy to use and it worked, for the trial. So Purchased an Annual subscription, received the receipt and then nothing. I was supposed to get an email to activate my registration. I tried the BOT on line but no luck, tried to register manually and asked for it to re-send a few times and nothing received. yes, I checked my SPAM folder of course) I emailed customer support and nothing and then the same with the "feedback" link on the application.
Still nothing. Not even an email acknowledging my requests for registration.
So, here I am in limbo. Absolutely NO customer service. I have de-activated the "automatic payment" to them on PayPal but I still paid for the first year.
I guess my next step is to open up a complaint with PayPal. Nothing delivered."
