"Seems this company is in the "ripoff" business. Will not ship, will not answer the phone, will not return calls, will not reply to emails, etc., etc., etc.

UPDATE: I filed a dispute with PayPal and they (PayPal) refunded the amount of my original payment to KayMarie. Thanks, PayPal! Since I filed the dispute, KayMarie website has been "down" so maybe nobody else will get burned by them. Terrible experience.

"Update 01/11/2013 Thanks to PayPal for reimbursing the fee of $6.41USD; Kaymarie had reimbursed me with a 'purchase' rather than a refund, hence I was charged a PayPal seller fee. Still no contact from G S De Niro or anyone at Kaymarie so my complaint against them still stands.

Update 01/02/2013: Quite surprised to receive a reimbursement of money taken from my account on 10/09/2011 via PayPal.
No surprise that I have been charged a PayPal fee of $6.41USD which should have been met by Kaymarie under "Commercial Transaction Refund Fee" under 'User Agreement for PayPal Service, Schedule 1.Table of Fees'.
No surprise to no reply when I contact Kaymarie about this.
Now persuing this through PayPal.
Obviously still not happy despite a step in the right direction!

As with others, non-delivery of uncut 32 sheet of US£2 ordered 9th October 2011; today is 19th December 2012.

"Ordered a sheet of 32 uncut $2 bills on Apr 27, 2012. Today is Aug 20 and guess what? I still haven't received the package! Was able to reach Greg(#4010) twice and he kept saying that it wasn't their fault. Last time he promised that I would receive my order in the end of June... Total silence since then, I can't even talk to him by phone. Still wondering whether they're scam artists or just really bad businessmen. Do not repeat my mistake!!!"

"Absolutely ATROCIOUS business practices and customer service from this supposed company! No acknowledgement of order status, no answering of phone calls, no return phone calls, NO NOTHING! These people are, most likely, scam artists and on-line criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!"

"Ordered a sheet of 32 uncut $1 bills on Dec 10, 2011. Website advised to expect a 3 week wait for delivery. Payment came out of my Paypal account the same day. Four weeks later, having not received the order, I put in a request for shipping details on the Kaymarie site - and received no reply. To date (Feb 14 2012) I have sent 9 of these online requests as well as 3 email messages direct to ****@****, and left 5 messages on their answer-service (they don't seem to like answering calls), I have had no contact from them and am $102US out of pocket. In my opinion they are fraudsters"

"Ordered Item Nov.22.2011. Called Dec.15.11 on status, CSR Greg (ext #4010) advised that no billing will occur until item ships - Billed on Visa Dec.18.2011 for an item that has not yet been shipped as of Feb.2012. Deplorable customer service - No agents available. Tried Customer service line on Jan.11, Jan.26 without any acknowledgement or follow up. Sent e-mail queries thereafter attempting phone contact, still no acknowledgement. Kaymarie Coin has billed $90USD and refuses to acknowledge the consumer... no wonder they can't get a BBB rating due to delivery issues. "

"I have ordered quality products from this store and I was very pleased with the whole order process.

I would most certainly order from them again. They processed the order and shipped the order in a timely fashion and they even sent me a little gift (a free statehood quarter) as a thank you.
