If I could give 0 stars, then I would.

"Beware of this fraudulent website. It is not genuine. I ordered a 'Coast' dress over a month ago, and it still has not arrived.
I emailed them, and got sent back an automated reply, which was all in broken English and made absolutely no sense. The email said my order had not yet been dispatched, so I asked them to cancel the order and give me a full refund. This was also because whilst waiting for my item, I looked up all the other reviews for this website, all of which were bad, and I couldn't cancel my order quick enough!
I still have no refund and no reply. This company is a fraud, and completely unhelpful in every way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Every email I send, I get the automated email which says exactly the same thing, in the exact same broken English.
I am now going through the process with my credit card company of getting my money back, and want to warn people of this awful company.

BAD DO NOT USE

"I ordered a dress from Quiz because I could no longer get it in any of the stores and received completely the wrong dress. I got a cheap looking hideous one which was not even the same colour.

I have emailed them over 10 times and not received a reply or anything.

Avoid them at all costs.

FRAUD- DO NOT ORDER

"I ordered a Quiz brand red dress from Karen Millen because it was out of stock in Debenhams and House of Fraser. The dress that was delivered after 3 weeks was a completely different dress to what I ordered (completely different design and Brand). It was a cheap looking dress with a broken button. DO NOT ORDER FROM KAREN MILLEN. They are a big fraud. "

"My experience with this web shop is very bad. I ordered a Karen Millen dress (green), paid for it instantly and received a totally different dress in blue of a totally different label. Since then i've tried to get in touch by mail, but no reply at all. Mistakes can be made, but then you should solve them, and not run away!"
