"Placed an order for a Behringer Eurorack 12-Channel Rack Mixer RX-1202FX and 2 microphone cables on March 6, 2011.

Did not receive a confirmation email of purchase or tracking number even after using the online contact page to request one.

Luckily my husband created an account because when he logged in it showed that the order had shipped and gave a tracking number, it also shows the order as complete on March 8th.

On March 11, 2011 UPS came and delivered a 1 lb. package with 2 microphone cables. No mixer or detail on it at all. I called UPS and they said there was no additional information or tracking numbers.

I have since then called the customer service number multiple times daily with no answer. Finally after leaving a message telling them I am filing a complaint with the BBB, I receive this email...

"Got your message. We ship Behringer products from a separate warehouse. As soon as we have the tracking number we will forward it to you.
Shawn D."

I replied letting them know that if I do not receive something by March 22, 2011 (which is 2 weeks post order) I am filing a complaint.

I would not recommend this company even if I do receive my order!!!!

UPDATE:
Received a reply that they told me it was out of stock. I emailed back to remind them that they sent no such email and that I wanted my money refunded. Website still does not show item out of stock.

Finally, received our money back, minus shipping. Paid shipping on an item never received I guess.

Ordered from Musicians Friend and the mixer shipped the same day and had it in 4 days.

Bad experience with this company.. BEWARE!! They own several other websites with the same format. You can track those companies by typing the customer service number into Google. Check before buying!

"I purchased the VocoPro UHF-5800 Professional Four Channel UHF Wireless Microphone System. The system was a problem from the moment I opened the beautiful packaging. Standard AA batteries do not fit in the microphones, Duracell batteries must be wedged into place with 20-50 pounds of force. Once installed, the system emitted unacceptable amounts of static, white noise, and interference. There was no way to make the noise go away. I even tried positioning the receiver within 10 feet of the microphones.

Vocopro tech support never returned calls, and the system was returned as defective to Vocopro since S&Y will not exchange the system for a different brand.

I should have trusted my gut, any wireless system that is a fraction of the cost of name brand competitors is not worth the card board box it came in.

A total waist of money. I regret giving Vocopro and S&Y (karaokeequipment.com) try. Do not waist your money like I did. This product does not even deserve a half star rating."

"I ordered the DJ Tech I Cube, after tons of research. It was the best for my needs. At that time there was only one review from a Wedding Minister. My husband and I both perform wedding ceremonies and vow renewals. WE bought this item and have been happy with it so far. It does what it says it will do.

I was happy with the voice over feature because we can continue the ceremony while the music is still playing lightly in the background.

The only feature we don't like is the folding handle. It is much like a rolling suitcase handle and is flimsy compared to the wieght of the box (around 40 lbs). the handles that are cut into the sides box work the best and are sturdy.

This is a stout piece of equipment and seems well built. It charges up in no time. It also has a nice sound. It says 80 watts of power ... we don't think it is that loud. It is loud enough for wedding music and for people to hear the ceremony.

Our clients can play their music off thier IPhones and we can play our MP3. We have used this 2 times almost every weekend since we bought it, and have only had to charge it to top off the battery a few times.

We are happy and think we made a great choice. All the other brands of this type out there all had way too many bad reviews"

"Right now not good. I placed my order, and when I received it, it was partial. I have to received the speakers yet, just the cables that I have ordered. I'm still waiting to get a tracking number for the speakers. On top of that, the whole reason I ordered the reason is coming up and I still do not have them."

"Got my pair of Denon's AH-D5000 very fast and at a great price. No complaints whatsoever as far as order processing goes. As far as the headphones are concerned they are definitely very good, with a lot of detailed highs and rich mids. However I was somewhat disappointed in the bass department. Though there's plenty of it, I expected it be much tighter (I have over 100 hours of breaking-in on these, so this is not the issue). Also note that Denon's are rated at 25 Ohms and are quite difficult to drive. If you don't have a really good low impedance powerful amp, get one before you buy these. Otherwise you just won't be able to do them justice and might be actually pretty disappointed in the sound quality.
