"Overall it was a very satisfying experience, customer service was responsive, shipping speed was good and the quality of the rattan sticks I received was/is very good, I received a hickory stick which was not top notch but that got fixed after some lapping and oiling plus I got a good answer from customer service.

Those exotic sticks look mighty fine and I look forward to purchasing some of them in the near future.
