In the mail, after over a month, I receive totally different batteries that won't even charge. I emailed them and they told me the only thing I could do was mail the batteries back to them China for a refund. Yeah, right. I won't be buying anything from Kaidomain anymore. I felt I had to write and let everyone else know what this company's practices are. Buyer beware. I will only purchase within the states from now on. Lesson learned."

"I ordered a flashlight and some batteries from Kaidomain on 2/2/10.
It is now 3/2/10 and I have yet to receive them. I wrote numerous emails to the "contact" address and have not receieved a single email in return.
The status of the order allways says "pending packing".
Like I said, I have tried to get hold of them, even called the number in Hong Kong, which is not a working number.
If I don't hear from them or receive the items by 3/16 I will dispute with Pay Pal and most likely kiss my $$ goodbye I guess....
Anyone know of a site to get great flashlights? LOL

"I ordered a laser pointer on 26/08, It shipped 05/09.
Two weeks later I get the laser, but it was defective.
I tried to get in touch with them, but they would not respond.
I opened a paypal dispute and got them to respond, I shipped the laser back to them but have yet to receive the refund.
UPDATE: got the money back at last. They have since cleaned up their act and ships pretty fast.
