poor customer service

"son bought 2005 MazdaSPEED Miata with only 12 K Miles on it late Sept. He wanted a replacement air filter from K&N for it for Christmas. We bought one end of Sept. less than 2 weeks ago, he found out that the car had to be returned for refund because the turbo system wasnt working properly and Mazda could not get replacement parts to fix it. He no longer has the car but has the air fioter still in the factory shipped box. When I called about returning the filter, I was told no returns after 30 days regardless of our circumstances, period. I have been buying from them since the 70's and I let them know they just lost 2 customers."
