"I bought some face masks from KVM Tools and they sent me an email later on the same day. That the masks are out of stock and no longer available. So, they refunded me back my money. I was worried with some of the negative reviews people left about the company. But I can honestly say they are legit and safe to buy from too. I had to change the ship to address and ship it directly to the client and tried to reach them but was unable. I sent an email to ****@**** and they finally changed it and for the inconvenience to reach them they shipped the order overnight at no extra charge, so experience was not so bad."

I ordered a "In-Stock" cable with 4-5day USPS Delivery which was idea timeframe to finish a project. 6 days later I get a email saying the item is "In-process" I call all 4 #'s No One answering (I left a message on all)sent 3 emails to CS,mgr, and person taking care of order, and I left a message on the "Offline" Support on website to please let me know if item is shipped cause I need this cable Like "NOW" (6 days from 1st ordered) and if it isn't shipped I need to cancel and get it elsewhere. I get no response in 24hrs and resend message to Please cancel and go thru Google Checkout to have them please help in dealing with KVM and I order cable from elsewhere. With No communication at all from KVM they decided to SHIP cable the very next day through "FedEX" and report to google it has been shipped but on my account on their site it said "Delivered". and Then Contact me thru email same day saying if I don't want item to refuse delivery and "a credit will be applied to my CC"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card. They now have both my money and merchandise.This is illegal at what they are doing. This company is a sham! I would steer clear of ever ordering from these people."

"I had ordered a tube of grease and a grease gun on your website, only to see that the website checkout was NOT secure, so I decided to call it in instead. I talked with Jacob who was very friendly and took my order. Nearly 10 days later, I still hadn't heard anything regarding my order, so I called. Evidently it took 10 days for something I was told was "in stock" to ship. We resolved a double charge to my account, which wasnt a big deal, but glad it was easy to resolve. 12 days after I placed an "in stock" order, the stuff finally came.

That person keeps on saying that this is Eagle Roofing and I don't know anything about KVM TOOLS and he just hangs up. But his voice is very similar to all the other voices which are recorded on the answering machines on all the other numbers on which no one picks up.
I placed an order for a $1,700.00 tool (crimper) through google checkout (thank God I had the brains to use that) and I have just received an order acknowledgement from google that KVM has received my money. No confirmation came directly from KVM Tools. I wrote them repeated emails.. tried waiting for their online chat support, and the finally tried calling, but no answer. I am gonna now attempt to get my money back throught google if I don't hear from them in another day. I don't know how they are even listed on amazon. I'm also gonna forward this review to amazon so amazon knows whats going on. Just beware when you deal with them."

I would recommend any tool fanatic to actually purchase his tools from them. Shipping is fast I asked for First Class priority shipping and I got my order in less that 48 hours. I would still keep on buying more tools from them. The customer service by KVM tools is excellent their representative took care of my order when I accidentally order the wrong item from them. "
