"Made an order with them on sunday. I realized i mistakenly put an OLD 1st line for the address, but the remainder was correct. I sent another email approximately 2 hours later (still on sunday the 22nd) correcting the mistake.
Called them tuesday(25th) to verify that the change had been made. Tee (poor english speaking asian guy) stated that he NEVER recieved the email sunday. I sent him a copy of the email I had sent on sunday, and he said that I "made it up", as in I had just fabricated that email.
He then proceded to charge my credit card another 12 dollars to change the shipping address. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE him to do this.
I belive that they took a picture of the highest customer service from yahoo shopping and then pasted it all over their site. I don't know why I decided to go with this company, but the product I was looking for (stock Intel 478 cpu heatsinks+fans) was tough to find.
Garbage service, garbage website, and unauthorized charges make this site a STAY AWAY zone."
