"Very dishonest man and company! I have waited months for paraflexx like sheets for Excalibur dehydrator. I have called at least 8 times and he says he is shipping them out. I just got a call from him several minutes ago looking for a Mary. I said, "Is this kso direct." He said no, and that he must have the wrong number. It indeed was him as his number is ***-***-****. I have heard his recording many times so I recognize his voice with ease now. I have never had this happen to me through a so called online company! I am outraged at his dishonesty. I will be reporting this to as many places as I can so he can not do this to anyone else!"

"KSO DIRECT is not a legitimate company. Seller Kevin O'Connell sells the "products" out of his home but, pretends like he is this major company selling to large businesses like SARA LEE (as he stated). This is not true. In fact, Kevin is dishonest and a fraud. His so called liners might cause a fire in your oven and are not safe. What he shipped to me was hand cut with scissors and looked like shelving paper.

Now, for the fraud part: Once the items were returned, Kevin O'Connell/KSO DIRECT told the credit card company that he never received the returns. When I provided confirmation that he had received the items back, he said I had not followed his return policy. Both my credit card company & myself located his simple return policy on line. The policy said nothing about getting special approval. He simply did not want to issue a refund although he had his awful products in hand. No conscience about lying what so ever. He kept over $50.00 of my money for no reason at all. He's a con artist running a scam. The credit card company issued me a credit but, Kevin kept money he did not deserve. I wish this man and his con horrible karma. I hope he pays a speedy visit to hell permanently soon. *No true company would behave in this manner. Beware he's running an online scam! Shame on you Kevin O'Connell/KSO DIRECT

If you read positive reviews about this company...Kevin O'Connell of KSO DIRECT probably wrote them. KSO DIRECT once sold on EBAY and AMAZON.COM...the reviews were AWFUL and the product is no longer on either site.

"I bought TFE Bakeware liners, but found they weren't non-stick. Cookies, and other food stuck when baked on them. I returned the liners and asked for a refund, or an exchange, thinking the oven liners would work better. 6 weeks later I haven't received any credit, nor received any oven liners. I've left two phone messages and sent an email - no response at all. Their website says "Every item on our website comes with KSO's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any item.""
