Seriously awful

"As long as Fulfillment are the place to get official KMFDM merch, it looks like I'll NEVER be buying new KMFDM merch again. They're rude, they send defective merch, they offer solutions and don't follow through, they ignore emails, and have NO interest in helping you."

"I pre ordered the newest KMFDM album WTF on 4-3-11 with several other iitems The album was released 4-26-11. My order has not shipped, and numerous attempts to contact the KMFDM store via email have provided nothing. This is not the first time the KMFDM store has been late on send customers there items. This will be the last time i fall for there scam"
