"Bought a camera from them in France that turned out to not work at all. Engaged in a VERY lengthy email exchange with them, during which they kept coming up with new and ever more absurd excuses why there was nothing wrong with the product, even thought it did not work. Ultimately they demanded that I send it to China, at my own expense, where they would then, they claimed, test it. Have now investigated them ... this company has NO legal presence in Europe, has a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD and is quite possibly also involved in VAT fraud. Kentfaith.com / K&F Concept should be avoided like the plague they are!!"
"No protection in the packaging. Item arrived very late and broken. I sent several photos of the broken pieces to them. They repeatedly asked me to "co-operate" and send photos (AFTER I'D SENT THEM 3 TIMES). They even INCLUDED my photos IN THEIR REPLY while asking me to send photos!
They're obviously the type who will play dumb and go around in circles so that you give up and go away. I won't.
So I'll be showing the emails and photos to my bank and getting a charge back.
I recommend you do the same because you won't get anywhere with these morons.

"Excellent Customer Service. The team expedited the process of receipt from China despite a Corona Virus lockdown. I received everything in good working order. It is great to be able to find rare accessories in the KentFaith shop as everybody was telling me that the particular camera I own was quickly discontinued and nobody invested in any accessories. With Kentfaith I was able to adapt a set of very old Tamron lenses to a Nikon 1-J5 body and was able to take pictures of the night sky.
