"I bought a used Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX8 camera body from KEH. When it arrived, it was the European version of the camera. Designed for 50 HZ European/British PAL video systems, it records video at 24/50 frames per second, instead of NTSC (USA) 24/30 fps. I checked with KEH, and they make NO note of what electrical standards the cameras are designed for. And you can't change the fps to 30 on this camera. I'm returning it for a refund. "
