Today I receive a cancellation notice stating it was cancelled due to issues with my credit card company. However, I did not pay with a credit card. I paid instantly with Paypal balance. I'm disturbed that KBToys customer service flat out lie to their customers to get an order cancelled. "

"Shipping deadline to receive items by the 24th was Dec. 16 for standard shipping. I placed a $300 order on the 11th...5 days earlier than the deadline. Just received a tracking number today stating that my order would be arriving on the 28th...3 days after Christmas. How do I explain to my kids that Santa Clause forgot their toys and he will send them 3 days late. Never will I deal with KB toys again."

No contact phone number. Emails aren't responded to. Order status wasn't updated for more than a week. After 4 email requests about the status of my order, the response i did get was generic and vague.
I tried to cancel my order and they wouldn't even do or respond to that.
i will never be shopping online with them again.
