"Been using several different products from KBS for several years. Since they are specialized coatings, they do require some extra steps when using them. But the finish and durability of the products has been great. As a sign artist, the clear coats have been a sore spot for our industry for many years. KBS Diamond Klear did a great finish, and have several jobs that have been out in the weather for three or more years, and still look fine. I did have one product give me some peeling problems; but after calling and talking to them about it, they graciously replaced the products with no charge. I'm happy with both their products and their customer service."
"Spent $470 over four orders. Painting brand new Supra calipers for my SC300. Every step adhered to, through Xtreme temp paint and then decal stage. Clear coating (Xtreme temp) immediately lifted paint and decals. ****! Call to KBS. Convinced me to try MotorCoater bc did not bake the Xtreme. Painfully, removed all coatings of calipers, back to metal. Used Klean, Blast, Seal, MotorCoat spray this time, and after SEVEN days of sitting to cure, decaled. Clear w/ Diamond immediately lifted paint and decal, again. Beyond Frustration. "

"my suggestion would be to KBS to stop putting a cheap low quality spray tip on the gloss cans, its garbage, it spews globs of clear that turn white with the most inconsistent spray pattern, i turned right around grabbed a spray tip from a satin can....guess what, shoots fine...i have been using kbs in a quart cans forever; shooting from spot gun, no problems. Shot aerosol satin, no problems. So, a logical conclusion would be that the aersol gloss works just as well....wrong!...the gloss aerosol tip is trash.....just highly disappointed; i use these products in a pro capacity building sports cars, motors, and wheel refinishing; and i am a pro trigger man...no humidity, 85 degree base temperature....was debating on getting into high temp ceramic series, but now i'm completely on the fence since an improper spray tip selection on a product is such a rookie mistake...probabvly taking my business somewhere else, just ruined two wheels that i now have to refinish, thanks kbs"
"I have used this product twice. The first time was on a 1981 Honda CB 750 Chopper. a year ago I ordered this product and followed the steps found on Youtube. One year later, this bike sat for 7 months with Ethanol gas in it, and the sealant was unchanged. I have since applied this to my 1985 XL350R Dirt bike, same thing. Don't know why the bad reviews, this product is tried and true in my mind."

"I have a 15 ton vintage equipment trailer that I resored. After extensive prep work using the "Rust Blast" I used the "4509 RustSeal Cat Yellow" as the final finish. The Rust Blast performed great and the paint brushed on perfectly. The job looked so good I was asked if I had sprayed it on. I also purchased another gallon with intensions of refinishing some of my equipment. However, after just a few months, The yellow paint started to turn chalky. Now almost a year later, the trailer has a dull finish and you can wipe off a layer of yellow chalk. I did read that the u/v rays may have an effect on the finish but I thought @ $119.95 per gallon it would surely hold up a little longer. When asked to comment on the product I explained what happened. Ben sent me all kinds of links with nothing to do with the problem. In a sentence or two said to rough up the paint finish and apply another top coat. I returned with a question of what kind and would a clear coat work? I have not received a reply. "

"I noticed a very strong gasoline smell coming from my garage one day,I Started looking around at all my toys and noticed my motorcycle gas tank was leaking.
I started looking online for a new
one(Ebay)first,All I could find was used ones that where dented and beat up for $300.00 to $500.00 range,As my bike is a 1989 they are a rare find.
I then went to some online motorcycle forums to see what other people where doing to fix their tanks and came across the KBS-coatings name as being one of the best repair options out there.There is a few other companys offering tank sealer kits but KBS was rated as a much better product to use.So I ordered the 3 part system kit,And was pretty easy to do,The aquaklean and rustblast formulas work very well.It started off with a pin hole leak and ended up with roughly 10 more when I was done the 1st two processes,I ended up ordering their numetal epoxy to be sure the holes where filled before sealing was put in.All said and done about 10%cost 0f a new tank,It is a real good deal and very easy process to do."
"This was my first time to use the rust remover and the rust seal it was easy to use and did a great job . I used it on my Motor home for the battery Box and it is a great product. "KBS is sealing the interior floor pan, battery box and trunk floor of my 1980 Spitfire. The polyurethane sealer brushes on and self-levels to what appears to be a sprayed-on finish. I'll be finishing the rest of the firewall soon--this stuff is excellent!"
