"The last time I heard from them was on 11/12/04 telling me that my item was on back-order and I would be notified when it would be shipped out (within a few days or so). I have emailed 4 times since then asking when it would arrive, as they got paid but I didn't get what I paid for. NONE of my emails have been responded to. I am very dissatisfied with their service. "Pre-ordered a movie on 29th August which was due for release on 2nd November. Item never delivered, no replies to emails and no likelyhood of ever seeing it. Ended up buying it from Amazon and got it in less than two weeks from the other side of the world.
This company has either folded or is a sham.
After five years buying and selling over the net this is the first time I've been burnt, so probably shouldn't complain.

"I ordered three DVDs on October 17, 2004. I received two of the DVDs a month later. I was told in an e-mail that the remaining DVD was back ordered and would be shipped in seven to ten days. After having made numerous e-mail inquiries with no reply from the company I am still waiting for the DVD to arrive. I regularly order via the Internet and have never dealt with a company that has shown such a cavalier attitude toward customer satisfaction and has provided such low to no service. I would recommend not purchasing at this site. Their "good" prices are not worth the poor treatment that follows the sale. "

I said OK will take items with match. They sent e-mail saying refund confirmation on way....THREE MONTHS and countless e-mails with no response later...NO REFUND.
I have documented all e-mails. This business is a fraud...DO NOT PLACE YOUR TRUST IN THEM. It's the FIRST TIME I have been so blatantly ripped off and I shop the internet constantly!
