"I do not recommend shopping with Just Eyewear.
The day after I put in my order, I received an email saying the glasses were no longer in stock. I asked for a refund, since I was going to try elsewhere. On April 5th, I was told my order was cancelled. On April 15th, I still had not received my money, but was told that the charge on my credit card statement was only a pre-authorization and would be lifted within 3-5 business days of order cancellation. Again, on April 25th, I had been told my order was cancelled on April 19th. So it hadn't already been cancelled?? Fast forward to June 13th, I had still not received my money back. It was then that I was told it would take 90 days to release the pre-authorization because I used a Visa Debit card. I decided to talk to my bank. I shared with them that, according to Just Eyewear, it was the bank that was holding my money and it was just a matter of them putting it back into my account. This was not the case, nor is it ever! TD Canada Trust ended up investigating and soon labeled the case as fraud. FRAUD!
Don't go with this company. Clearly Contacts is much better and faster. Gave me a refund (glasses were too small) in less than 48 hours!"

"I placed an order and after 17 days, I was notified by email that the style of glasses I ordered was out of stock. They suggested I call a representative to pick out a new frame. What a joke! The number you call hangs up as soon as the automated system answers. I emailed them back and told them to cancel my order. I don't want any other style but I have this feeling I am being scammed in some way because the phone number is no good. Very disappointing experience!!! I will be telling all friends and family not to use this service."
