March 23rd I sent another e-mail. Still no reply. Today I sent an e-mail cancelling my order and asking for refund of any charges. I wish I had checked Resellerratings before placing my order..."

Did a little research on this Merchant (Ilia Salita) runs several web sites, justbadminton.com, justtennisgear.com all using same address and phone number.(machine with no company name) Some links and those sites are dead. (Bad sign) Sure wish I would have checked Reseller Ratings BEFORE I made purchase. Live and learn.
