"This is a very small "mom-n'-pop shop" type seller. There are plusses and minuses to that. Cons: confusing billing process because your check-out sends you off to a different company (the one providing the billing service for them) and you receive a bunch of emails "reminding" you that your order will reflect charges from the billing company and not JustPaperRoses.com . No real way of checking order status online. They do respond to email and/or phone calls in a timely maner though. The web site could be a LOT easier and more comfortable to visit and navigate. Shipping charges are what you would pay as an individual and not what huge companies like NewEgg.com can pull off. You, as the consumer, eat up those costs too. That's about it for the negatives. Pros: hand-made products that are clearly done with heart and tallent. Passionate attention to detail and quality is hard to miss. Personalized and (somewhat) friendly attention to needs, wants, and just bugging them is something you won't find at Pier1.com. Genuine concern is shown for any tiny hiccup in the process or possibly satisfaction. I bought some leather roses for my wife/our anniversary. They were a hit. I had never even thought to look for such a thing but being about the most efficient Internet researcher I know, I found these folks while trying to think of a great and unique gift. Honestly, even after making the order I didn't know what to expect so I bought her a nice diamond pendant also, just to be on the safe side. Well, let me tell you, when I saw the leather roses and their wonderful presentation box, I can honestly say I would have been completely safe without getting the diamond too (although it never hurts to do a little more than just good for the little lady). She was even more impressed and excited about the roses than I was. Success. Survived another anniversary! After seeing what they did with the leather roses, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their other products.
