"I found this company to be very consumer un-friendly!! They charge shipping - then mail the order with no tracking. You have to pay the shipping back to them - and they take forever to issue a credit. I called them 3 weeks after mailing a return - I was told it probably 'in process' and I could check back."

"Based on my experience, if you want the product that you paid for or if you want help from justmysize.com when it doesn't show, then SHOP ELSEWHERE my friend. Site asked me to let them know if order hasn't arrived by 12/6/06, so I let them know only to have them ignore my many subsequent inquiries. I have had to resort to disputing the credit card charges because JMS has decided to ignore my inquires into where the product, for which my account has been charged, is and why it hasn't been delivered. In my opinion, JustMySize.com really SUCKS. I believe that they have tried to take advantage of me by taking my money and not delivering the order or telling me where it is. I believe that JustMySize.com is a terrible retailer and wish everyone to know how they have mistreated me so that no one else falls victim to their tactics."
