"Placed order 3/07/2020, keep getting site information that order is awaiting fulfillment. I then contacted my credit card to dispute order since no one would return my call (or even answer the phone) or return email. It was only after contacting my credit card company that I got an email said it was shipped 4/20/2020, then on 4/23/2020 was sent another email that 3 of the 5 items not available and a partial refund on items only, not shipping. I still have not yet got my items."

"Ordered pants from this website. Weeks later when they hadn't arrived (for Christmas) I looked at my account and my order was cancelled without telling me. A few weeks after that credit card fraud charges were made on the same credit card with the phone information that I put on that account using a number that I rarely use for anything (which to me supports the idea that the fraud was this website). Also, I received an email from JustGear that had "SwamiSportswear" somewhere in the text.
If there is a "JustGear" that is not fraudulent, then know that fraudsters are using your business to steal from people!

"I purchased my first pair - they fit perfectly and I wasn’t disappointed with ship time since I knew they were custom ordered. Well maid - and the length is great as I cannot find sweat pants long enough anywhere. I will be buying a couple more and hoping for same results! Thank you!!!"
"I didn't have any issues at all. Once I was told (on the website) it takes a few days to get my custom pants, I just waited, six days later, my 36 inch inseam sweatpants arrived via us mail. Tried them, fit perfectly. Wore them for two weeks. Love the pant and I just added a couple of new styles to my cart. Patience is the key with anything custom made, peeps."

"I purchased sweatpants from them in October 2017 and received them with no problems. I went to check on the status of a recent order, however, and the status was "not paid." I paid at the time of the order as confirmed by an email they sent to me on February 19, 2018. I dialed the phone number listed on the website during normail business hours and I got a voicemail that did not even identify who they were. I left a message. About 2 minutes later I got a recorded call offering me a discount vacation, maybe a coincidence but I don't think so. No one from justgear has called me back and they have not replied to emails. Stay away from these crooks."

"I ordered insulated ski pants, and after hearing nothing for a couple weeks, I checked the status online. The order was listed as "Awaiting payment." I used their online form to ask what I should do to complete the payment, as I'd given my credit card information when I purchased the item. I heard nothing back. I tried calling their number today and got a normal voicemail box with no company or personal name. Very suspicious. Do not order from this company."
