"I order the whitening kit on Friday paying an additional 23.99 for expedited delivery. I repeatedly check the website for an update for delivery and it stated pending. I contact them via email since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I was told the mint flavor was on back order and the rep just closed my account without giving me any options. Plus I was told that nothing was credited to my charge which was a lie. I replied back to the same email stating exactly what I just stated except i would be willing to take the regular flavor in exchange and of course free delivery was offered. I’ve been reaching out them at least 7 emails not including the one from this morning asking for an update on my order since the website still states my account is closed. I’ve never experienced anything like this before from a company and they still have all of my money."

"I ordered teeth bleaching refills on 18 October and recieved confirmation email within minutes. A short while later an email was received advising me that my order was filled. I live in Australia and just got the package yesterday 29 Oct. The Zoom product I ordered had exactly the same ingredients as the one my dentist gave me but it is so expensive at the dentist I decided to find cheaper online. I was dubious and a bit worried that I would pick a dodgy website but I am so relieved it all worked out! I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again ( as well as recommending the site to any of my friends that need tooth bleaching refills at an affordable price )."
