"We purchased an engine from Junkyard Jungle February 17, 2015. After 2 months of getting the run around and being told numerous times the engine would be delivered, I asked for our money back. They do not return phone calls or emails. They blocked my husband and my phones, I had to call from work to get them to answer and ask where my refund was. I talked to the Sales Manager on May 19 and he told me if my money wasn't in my bank in 2 business days to call him. I called and got voicemail, left message and still have not heard back. Their business practices are very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this company. As it stands right now, I have to go to my attorney to get my money back. Tired of the lies and the run around."

We are very pleased with them in every way, we got a great deal on the engine, they cover it with a warranty for a year, and they shipped it for free to our mechanic and it didn't even take long for it to be delivered. The car is running very smoothly now and we're very happy with it. A+ business as far as we are concerned, A+ all the way. "

They promised to exchange their BAD transmission, but still haven't - it's been a month since a warranty claim was submitted. AND, they don't stand behind their warranty."

I had the motor removed and the Dealer ship showed me inside the motor it was all rusted out and should have never been sold. The only reason I didn't sue them is I don't live in Texas to file against them. THIEVES AND LIARS! BUYER BEWARE!"
