"I just bought a necklace for my daughter on November 20 2022.
First off they are lying about that it's made in Israel when it's clearly made in Belgium.
Second when I emailed costumer service about the necklace he's not arrived yet to Canada in December 12 2022 he said that it arrived but customs are delaying it when I checked Canada Post website it didn't show anything about costumes it said still waiting for parcel to arrive to Canada when I confronted costumer service for that he blamed Canada Post for lying.
The parcel arrived to Canada on December 15 2022 and then costumer service guy said that now we proved that Canada Post are lying.
This is my first and last time I buy anything from them.
I strongly don't recommend this store and their website."
"Ordered sandals that were declared to be made of leather - are not. They smell of artificial material they're made of, and are of very low quality. Since I bougth same leather sandals before, at the same price but from a diferrent seller, it was not hard to spot the fraud. In addition, never received the Invoice. I'm afraid that, if I send them back I'll never get the money return and lose even more money on postage."
"I was given gift cards of this platform from a friend and never wanted to buy items from there platform because they don't ship to my location, but till now I have failed to use these gift cards because there's no other way to exchange their gift cards like other platforms like Amazon, where you can exchange their gift cards for cash on different platforms. "I bought about $1,000 (CAD) worth of stuff on March 3, and I paid for expressed shipping (3 to 4 business days). Pesach status Match 27, so over 3 weeks seems like plenty of time. They didn't ship it until March 11, where it went to the shipping centre and left for Canada all on the same day. After weeks I was getting nervous and write to them that I paid for faster shipping, and they told me that the estimate shipping excludes time it is in chains, and clearly Canadian customs must be backed up. On April 1 there's finally a new update, and it's that the product arrived in Canada, went through Canadian customs in about 2 minutes, and was then handed off to Canada Post. It finally arrived over a month after it was ordered on April 5. Clearly the package being caught up in Canadian customs was not true.
The products that arrived are cheap, light, and don't look like the pictures. The metal parts feel like they were just plated and that's it, plus what you think would be solid metal is hollow. The "white glass" that looks frosted online is just painted, badly, and is very uneven with significant gaps. The damn things feel light and cheap. It would be hard to be more disappointed. It's seriously terrible. The kiddish cup looks especially cheap with a very poorly done section (raised prayer for wine that didn't appear on the product online) that is difficult to even makeout.
Clearly to me, the products are grossly overpriced and of low quality. The customer service isn't great. The delivery time is clearly BS. Just extremely disappointed overall. Won't order from them again ever."

"i've bought multiple items from Judaica Webstore, sohave my family members, and everything we got from them has been wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. i bought my brother's wedding present from them, and i got myself a sterling silver birthstone mothers necklace with my son's name on it that i wear every day and never take off. it's been close to 3 years since i bought my necklace and it still looks as beautiful now as the day i got it. even tho my baby-turned-toddler has grabbed it and pulled it and all that, it has never broken and i've never had to replace the chain. it is my favorite thing i got from Judaica Webstore and i look forward to my future purchases with them. i highly recommend them. they have such aamzing things, the prices are good, and i've had overall pretty good experiences with shipping and customer service.
