"I purchased a refurbished computer from Office Depot, received it and set it up, installing all of my files and programs. Computer worked for 2 days and then i got error messages about a fan malfunction. I contacted Office Depot to check on my options to get the computer repaired or returned for credit -- they opted for the latter, having the computer picked up the next day.
I contacted Office Depot today to check on the return status and refund status; they said they expect the computer to be logged in as a return in the next day or two and for my refund to be processed next week.
