"Extremely slow shipping and nonexistent customer service when it comes to order update status. Had to call in order to figure out what was going on with my order. You get ripped off on the shipping charge that still takes two WEEKS for it to arrive. It was a simple grad cap and grad certificate for kindergarten. Will NOT be buying from them ever again."
