I ordered a Nomination watch as a Christmas gift. It was dispatched by you on 9 December. To date it has not arrived and I stood with a red face.
I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a tracking nr from you. I get 100’s of acknowledgement emails, but no answer.
PLEASE RESPOND AND SEND ME THE TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT I CAN FOLLOW UP ON THE ORDER!!!!!!!!

"I found a Links of London necklace that LoL had run out of, JJ showed as having it in stock, so too did several other places, I ordered from JJ as it showed next day delivery too...that evening I had an email to say it was actually out of stock. I emailed them straight back, 4 days later I still have no answer. They don't answer the phone and instant message doesn't work. I have now ordered the same item from Jewellery Hut, it's coming tomorrow, spoken to my bank and if I have no refund from JJ they are going to reverse the transaction under the Visa laws. Don't use these con merchants, they take your money, bump up their bank balance then have no customer service or morals whatsoever."

"Terrible company to deal with. I ordered on August 23rd with 1-2 days delivery ... After a week I checked my status after it had not arrived to discover it was not I stock (they did joy inform me) ... I sent two messages asking to assure me I would receive if and if not to cancel or change my order ... Company did not remind until I messaged on Facebook. They said I would get it for my mums 60th birthday. After checked in several times and being ignored they eventually sent a message saying it had been dispatched, too late for the birthday. It's been a week since and no item, company ignores my messages, emails and does not pick up the phone! £60 down and nothing to show for it, I asked for a refund and they refused. "
