Deceptive business practices

"They charged $89.50 for a blouse when de real Dept stores were selling it for approx. $20.00 on sale. I bought one from them and one from a Dept store on sale. I asked them to refund the difference in price and provided my receipt and links( which can change when item is sold out) and they refused to credit me for the difference. And they made me jump through many hoops and were verbally abusive and rude. Shop elsewhere!"

"I have a complain about a clerk at Jones New York Factory store at 10 John Birchall Road In Richmond hill Ontario. On October 21,2014 I purchased 4 items from the store. In front of the store I checked prices and realized I was overcharged for one item. I went back and told the clerk.First she denied then she checked the item and said the new hire staff incorrectly put a red tag on it so I have to remove the red tag. I said the red tag is on 3 remaining items too. You need to consider price integrity and customer service. She said no this is an American company and there is no such thing as price integrity. I told her to call the store manager she said we do not have a store manager?? she told me you want to return the item and I can not take it back!! I said all I want is to give me $6.00 back because your red tag on this item is $29.50 and you charged me
$35.40. Basically she was accusing me to catch store's mistake. She was a middle age woman with an Arabic accent. After a lengthy discussion and slow motion she gave me credit note for $6.67. She should be trained about customer service
