(advertised 2-5 business days delivery). recieved it on the 8th of the following month.After several phone calls Jon was quite snarky and played it off to be the distribution companies fault. He told me he does not track orders once placed so tracking info is not available and not his responsibility. Good pricing if you can put up with the BS. "
"If I ever receive the product I ordered I will send it back immediately without even opening. I ordered one helmet and still haven't received it. When I first contact him I was informed I would receive it by the end of the week. That week went by and so has another and still no helmet. All I get when I inquire is attitude that apparently I am not patient enough. No tracking #'s, can't give you the specific date it shipped eventhough the website has areas for them to put that info. I fear my money is lost on this one. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM!
Update: I received a tracking number for the product which showed that despite his claims of it being shipped by 26 March it was not received at USPS until 6 April. That is also 4 days after he shot me a nasty email saying that when he says something is shipped it has shipped. With this revelation he is now blaming it on the shipper. The shipper? that would be HIM! He is the one that delivers it to the post office, there is no shipper involved. Again DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH JOHN ROBERT QUINN ENTERPRISES"

Quinn Motorsports enterprises. My first order was for 3 Zan Neoprene face masks. Only God and the person who received them know where they are. I emailed him and he said it was not his fault. 1 He does not send a confirmation email when you order. Nor do you receive a tracking number along with your order. Apparently nothing is his fault, it is always someone else's. He even had the audacity to say it was my fault. I buy about $6,000 on the internet a month and have never seen this kind of attitude. He even told me to take a hike. That totally blew me away.I needed the masks ,so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and ordered 3 more, They came in about 3 weeks later, I ordered them UPS they came by mail.(do not put stock in his claim of fast shipping. I can get mail from Cali to the east coast in 3 days. 3 Weeks WTF? The second order came in after 3 weeks so I thought I was on a roll. I ordered 3 more. 2 came in 3 weeks later,1 was correct and the 1 was ACU army,
I ordered digital Marpat and I was missing a mask. I called a little while ago, bear in mind he had 2 days to fix this. He now says he is too busy and can't get to it until Monday. Save your self a headache and a plane ticket to stomp him in the ground. He doesn't have a customer service background and is unwilling to help you. Do not buy from this guy. He has a book he is selling on his website Secrets to wealth, I can guess what it is about. defrauding customers. I will never buy from him again.
