Earlier this year I discovered Joggles online store and have since been averaging a minimum of one order each month. The entire experience is enjoyable- from the online store with great features such as building a wish list or asking to be notified when out of stock items return, to the ability to track your package from shipping through delivery, to the beautiful and carefully packaged arrival of your goodies. I have also enjoyed Barb's assorted tutorials and laid back approach to creativity - anything goes and whatever works, works. Without ever meeting or knowing me personally, she has helped me believe that there is indeed an inner artist within, just aching to come out to play and create. Joggles has excellent products, amazing customer service and is very user friendly - businesses, large or small could take a page from her playbook - or more accurately, a page from her altered journal for success and business model - where a customer feels special throughout the buying and ordering process."

I received my order quickly, so I placed a 2nd order! I’m so glad I found this online crafting/mixed media store. Best of all I received a surprise in with my order. No, it wasn’t candy which I always threw the candy away (Covid). I received something I can actually use to craft with. FUN SURPRISE!!!!"

"Business owner has no good sense to serve its user. 15 yards fabric came in folded in a small shipping box with heavy creases, which make it useless for art project. The business owner even unwisely and dishonestly claimed that the fabric can not be shipped unfolded to prevent this problem, which is untruthful according to my previous orders with this company (I still have its long shipping package for rolled fabric). Jogge’s thoughtless shipping choice on specialty fabric and customer care made my worst shopping experience. It is very sad and frustrated to deal with shortsighted business owner in this field. "
